About Middletown Public Housing Agency (MPHA)

Middletown Public Housing Agency (MPHA) promotes self-fufficiency through offering participation in the Family Self-Sufficiency Program. We continue to help secure affordable, clean and decent housing to enable families to stay together or be reunited through the Family Unification Program. Families with disablilities are being assisted with housing throughj the Mainstream Program. Homeless Persons are being assisted throuhg our Single Room Occupancy Program. MPHA also provide a Homeownership Program to assist in realizing the "American Dream.... Homeownership".

The Middletown Public Housing Agency's mission is to assist very low, low and moderate income families with affordable, decent and safe housing opportunities through the Housing Choice Voucher Program.
